Weekend Schedule: Friday, 3pm Arrival - Sunday 3pm Departure

Each weekend segment contains roughly 20 hours of instruction and practice including daily meditation, three to four lectures or workshops, four two-hour yoga classes which consist of deepening your personal practice as well as learning teaching and adjusting techniques…
Brunch and dinner are included in the course contribution as well as an afternoon tea and snack. Simple, shared accommodation is available for participants who would like to stay at the practice space over the weekend at a contribution of $10 per night ($20 per weekend). For those who choose to sleep at home over the weekend, punctual attendance at all morning and evening activities is still required.

The training is inspired by Swami Vishnudevanandas five points of yoga as well as several other topics as listed below:
